A woman accused of running down northern suburbs caravan park manager Rita Addenbrooke will fight a charge of manslaughter at trial.
Katie Walkerley, 45, today indicated via her lawyer in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate's Court that she would be entering a plea of not guilty.
Mrs Addenbrooke, 59, was critically injured after she was allegedly hit by a vehicle driven by Katie Walkerley during a dispute at Kingsway Tourist Park in Madeley on February 9.
She died in hospital two days later.
Ms Walkerley was originally charged with grievous bodily harm but the charge was upgraded.She was today remanded in custody and will reappear on October 28.
