Local artists are being called on to design some fun and funky “bra art” to help raise awareness of breast cancer.

An exhibition is being organised by the Esperance Breast Cancer Support Group, with all funds raised going to the Breast Cancer Network Australia.

Esperance BCNA representative Sharon Scoble said entries had to be submitted at Curves Esperance by October 9.

She said people could create a new bra out of any materials or decorate an old one, with a size limit of 50cm by 30cm.

The exhibition will be held at the Esperance Community Arts Gallery, with an official opening on Saturday, October 13.

Entry to the official opening costs $10. For more information phone 0427 711 893.
