Police seek missing Lesmurdie teenager

Police have appealed for help in finding a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in Lesmurdie since Monday.

Laura Ruth Stirling was last seen at 8am on Monday, wearing her school uniform consisting of a white polo shirt and blue tracksuit pants.

She is described as being fair-skinned, 166cm tall, of slim build with brown eyes and black and collar-length hair dyed red. She also has a half-spacer piercing in her right ear.

Laura's step-mother Sandra Pinfield-Stirling urged her to contact her family and reassure them that she was safe.

"If you're with friends that's ok - just tell us where you are," she said.

Police said they were concerned for her welfare because she has not been in contact with her family or friends.

They urged anyone with relevant information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
