Troubled former Lion Brendan Fevola has been asked to leave a Melbourne hotel after staff discovered him playing the pokies this morning.
Fairfax is reporting Fevola, who is in treatment for a gambling addiction, entered the Berwick Inn around 10am wearing a hooded jumper and started playing the gaming machines.
A staff member approached him and asked him to remove the hood in line with hotel policy. When the staff member realised the man was Fevola he was asked by management to leave the premises.
The incident is the latest indiscretion in a dark few weeks for Fevola who has been sacked by his former club, asked to leave the Crown Casino and been involved in an acrimonious split from his management company.Sponsored links
