Man killed in Carmel smash

JAYNE RICKARD, The West Australian November 26, 2009, 6:20 am

A man was killed and another injured after a car crashed into a tree in Carmel this morning.

The smash happened at the corner of Canning and Carmel roads about 5.30am.

Emergency services are still at the scene and Canning Road is closed in both directions between Carmel and Pomeroy roads. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.
