Five members of an outlaw motorcycle gang have been charged over an incident in which a 62-year-old man was forced to cut off a patch from his jacket.
Police in Busselton raided a Rebels bikie gang clubhouse on Friday night after reports members had threatened the man, making him cut off the offending patch.
It is believed the victim had no association with the gang and that the incident occurred in a public place.
A police car was used to pull down the front fence at the fortified compound, then bolt cutters were used to break chains securing the doors.
Five Rebels, aged between 21 and 33, were charged with weapons, drugs and driving offences.
Two of the men were also charged with disorderly conduct.Four of the men will appear before Busselton Magistrates Court tomorrow while the fifth man will appear on December 2.
