They have been in WA for only a few days but already England's cricketers have adapted to Perth's sunny weather and relaxed lifestyle.
While England was being lashed by wild weather yesterday, its cricket team was making the most of the Perth sunshine with an afternoon swim at Cottesloe beach.
The sportsmen, who made it clear they were not going to tolerate questions from the media, spent the afternoon sunbaking on the grass.
They happily knocked back a few of the free energy drinks that were being handed out at the beach after a training session at the WACA Ground earlier in the day.
The sun turned out to be a bit strong for some of the players' complexions, with Steven Finn sharing the fact he was "positively pink" with his Twitter followers later in the day.
Many of the cricketers have been sharing snippets of their time in Perth on Twitter, commenting on the weather, locals and their jetlag.
Stuart Broad wrote yesterday that he could not help but "feel very happy in Perth".
"Gorgeous weather and the people are so nice and friendly," he wrote.
It appears the highlight of the trip so far for some players was watching Perth Glory take on Melbourne Heart at nib Stadium on Sunday. But it is clear the Perth lifestyle is not for everyone, with Kevin Pietersen complaining about Australia's boring Twitter environment. He suggested Perth should "wake up", in between soliciting biltong deliveries to the team's hotel.
