She's no stranger to controversy but Ruby Rose's decision to go nude for a risque fashion shoot is all for a good cause.
The former model graces the cover of Perth's lifestyle magazine, Box Magazine for its 10th anniversary spring issue - out now - where she strips for a sexy seven-page fashion spread wearing nothing but designer heels from labels including Christian Dior and Jimmy Choo.
Celebrating a decade in publishing, Box will feature an Australian celebrity in its next four issues and Rose has called on fellow model Lara Bingle to step up to the challenge.
"Hey mslarabingle I challenge you to a nude off. #foragreatcause," she tweeted yesterday.
Subscription profits will go to Rose's chosen charity, Cystic Fibrosis Australia.
But getting naked is not new for the unique beauty, who in July came under fire from some of her young fans after posting a series of near-nude photos to her Instagram account.
The 27-year-old was back in the headlines this week, taking aim at Hawthorn Football Club on Twitter after she was "uninvited" by player Lance "Buddy" Franklin to the Brownlow Medal on Monday.
This weekend, WA fans will get the chance to brush shoulders with Rose when she hits the DJ decks alongside DJ Nino Brown at The Court Hotel tomorrow night.
It will be her final 2013 visit to Perth before she heads to the US for the premiere of her first film, Around the Block, starring Christina Ricci.
Tickets cost $20 and are available at the door or via eventbrite.com.au.
