Update: A man has appeared in court over an alleged drug bust at an industrial unit in Malaga yesterday.
Daniel Scott Williamson, 29, was taken into custody yesterday evening and appeared in East Perth Magistrate's Court this morning facing four charges of possessing prohibited drugs with intent to sell or supply and one count of possessing stolen or unlawfully obtained property.
Gang Crime Squad officers conducted a search warrant of the Kingsley man’s factory unit on Beringarra Avenue after he was seen walking into the property with a box.
The box was searched and allegedly contained 4kg of methylamphetamines.
Police allege a further 15kg of drugs was discovered and seized in the storage unit including methamphetamines, cocaine, heroin, MDMA and ecstasy pills.
Mr Williamson’s Kingston home was then searched where it is alleged $236,000 in cash was seized.
Police allege a number of drug distribution utensils, including scales and bags, were also discovered.
Mr Williamson was refused bail in court today.Mr Williamson will appear in Perth Magistrate's Court via video link on April 22.
