Man overboard near Mandurah

A man who fell overboard last night was found by water police clinging to a navigation marker in the Peel Estuary.

A police spokesman said the alarm was raised about 8pm by others on the boat.

The 54-year-old man was taken to Mandurah foreshore and examined by ambulance officers.

The spokesman said he was uninjured.
