Three men will face court today charged with committing more than 20 burglaries at business across the northern suburbs in the last two weeks.

Detectives executed a search warrant in Ballajura about 2.30am yesterday, after an investigation into a series of break-ins at fast food outlets and other businesses.

Most of the break-ins happened earlier this week, in the early hours of the morning at fast food outlets.

Three men were arrested and later charged with a long list of burglary and stealing offences.

Police spokeswoman Naomi Smith said the men had allegedly smashed their way into various businesses, stealing cash and fleeing in a stolen Subaru WRX.

The Subaru WRX was allegedly stolen during a home invasion in Myaree earlier this month.

A 20-year-old man from Gnangara, 27-year-old from Mullewa and 29-year-old from Ballajura will appear in Perth Magistrate's Court today.

Ms Smith said inquiries were continuing into the possibility of other offences and offenders.
