A fire caused more than $300,000 damage to a Booragoon printing business this morning.
The blaze started at Inkpot Printing and Design on Shields Crescent about 1.45am.
The blaze took firefighters from Fremantle, Murdoch and Kensington stations just over half an hour to bring under control.
A Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said the cause of the fire at the commercial unit was accidental.
