Head injuries after Wundowie quad bike crash

A man was flown to Royal Perth Hospital after he suffered head injuries in a crash in the Perth Hills last night.

The RAC rescue helicopter was called to Doy Road in Wundowie about 11pm after the man crashed his quad bike into a ditch.

The crash is believed to have happened some time between 10.50pm and 11pm.

A police spokesman said the man’s injuries were not life-threatening.
