A man and a woman have been taken into custody after police allege they stopped a car and found drug manufacturing items in Secret Harbour early this morning.
A police spokesman said that about 2.40am, Mandurah police were on patrol when they stopped a vehicle in a carpark on Siracusa Court, Secret Harbour.
"Officers searched the vehicle and identified what they believed were items consistent with those used to manufacture drugs," the police spokesman said.
"The area was cordoned off and the Organised Crime Squad Chemical Operations Team was requested to attend the scene.
"Those officers are currently assessing the items with ChemCentre personnel."Two people have been taken into custody at the scene, one male and one female, and are currently assisting detectives with the investigation.
