BWS worker threatened with knife in robbery

Police are investigating an armed robbery at the BWS Liquor Store on East Road Hocking overnight.

At around 8.15pm, a man entered the store and approached a worker while holding a knife.

A police spokeswoman said the man demanded money from the male employee, and was given an amount of cash from the till and safe.

He then left the area through the front doors of the store.

The man is described as being 173-175cm tall, of solid build, with a fair complexion.

He was wearing a dark coloured top and dark coloured tracksuit pants.
