Woman burned in service station fire

A 54-year-old woman has been charged over an incident at a service station in Hamilton Hill this morning which left another woman with serious burns.

Firefighters and St John Ambulance crews were called to the service station on the corner of Winterfold Road and Carrington Street about 7am.

A woman was taken to hospital with burns to her legs. She is in a stable condition in Royal Perth Hospital.

The 54-year-old was charged with grievous bodily harm.
