Update, 10am: The all clear has been issued for people in Forrestdale after a suspicious bushfire which started last night.The fire, which started about 7pm last night, was burning between Tonkin Highway and Armadale Road.
The fire has been contained and is under control although residents are being urged to stay vigilant.
Firefighters worked overnight to contain the blaze and will remain on the scene today extinguishing hot spots.
Motorists are advised to be extremely careful when driving through the area, turn headlights on and pull over if you cannot see clearly.
All roads in the area have been reopened.
The cause of the fire is believed to be suspicious.Anyone with any information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
