Arson squad to investigate Wattle Grove blaze

A suspicious fire caused $500,000 damage to a Wattle Grove home last night.

Emergency Services were called to the home on Hawthorn Street just before 8pm.

It took firefighters about 25 minutes to put out the blaze, which had engulfed the house.

Arson squad detectives will investigate the fire today.
