Court date over alleged TAFE computer theft

A man was arrested allegedly carrying a stolen computer away from the Swan TAFE Equine Training Centre in Seville Grove last night.

An alarm was activated about 11.30pm last night at the TAFE campus.

Police found a smashed window and started a search of the immediate area.

A 31-year-old man was found on a nearby street allegedly carrying a computer belonging to the centre.

The Seville Grove man has been charged with burglary and stealing offences and will appear in the Armadale Magistrate’s Court on February 12.
