Perth residents left without power

A network fault in the CBD left about 1500 Perth and East Perth residents without power this morning.

A Western Power spokeswoman said the fault was reported about 8am and power was restored to about 800 households by 9.30am.

The remaining households had power restored by 10.30am.

The cause of the fault is not known.
