Child injured in Maylands crash

A child has suffered minor injuries in a crash in Maylands.

The child was a passenger in a car travelling on Guildford road when it collided with another car near Seventh Avenue just before 11am.

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman confirmed the child was treated at the scene, with no other injuries reported.

Firefighters are currently on the scene cleaning up fuel that has spilled from one of the vehicles.
