Police have laid further charges over the crash in Byford that killed father-of-four Mark Noormets.
Mr Noormets was killed on December 6 when his car was hit by a utility that veered onto the wrong side of South Western Highway.
Police charged the 35-year-old man driving the ute with manslaughter on December 9, alleging he was involved in a road rage incident shortly before the crash.
The Belmont man now faces additional charges of unlawful acts with intent to harm, reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
He will reappear in the Perth Magistrate's Court on January 10.
Major Crash Squad investigators still wish to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, including the driver of a white courier truck seen travelling north on South Western Highway around the time the crash occurred.Anyone with information should phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
