Man trapped in Serpentine crash

The RAC rescue helicopter has been dispatched from Perth after a serious crash in Serpentine.

The male driver is believed to have crashed his car off Southwest Highway near Chatfield Road just after 2pm.

The man is trapped in the wreckage of his car, but conscious and breathing.

Emergency service personnel are currently at the scene and are attempting to free him from the wreckage.
