Update: A blaze in Maida Vale has been contained and is now under control.
The cause of the fire, that has burnt about 6 hectares, is being reported as suspicious.Department of Fire and Emergency Services says a bushfire advice remains in place for Leschenaultia Way near Hawtin Road in the southern part of Maida Vale in the Shire of Kalamunda.
