Driver dies in Warmun road train fire

A road train driver has died after his truck rolled and caught fire near Warmun last night.

About 10:30pm another driver came across the Western Star Prime Mover - B Double road train about 40km south of the townsite on the Great Northern Highway.

Emergency Services arrived to find the vehicle on fire.

Once the fire was extinguished the driver, believed to be a 34-year-old man, was discovered in the truck's cabin.
