Two men charged over axe attacks in Perth's southern suburbs have appeared in court.
The three homes and a business were targeted in axe attacks on Tuesday night.
Police allege two men hacked at a door in Hamilton Hill smashing the lock and a glass panel, before barging into a home.
The men allegedly smashed items in the house and stole a television and a bank card.
Two men with axes also broke into homes in Goffe Street, Spearwood and Rockingham Road, Hamilton Hill. And staff and customers were allegedly threatened at Pharmacy 777 in Spearwood about 8.15pm.
Police arrested two men in a white Holden Commodore sedan about 10.25pm in Ophir Court, Hamilton Hill.
Mathew Frank Sablich, 18, from Success, faces nine charges including aggravated armed robbery and burglary.
Haidyn Kentley Yappo, 21, from Yangebup, has been charged with six offences including being an accessory after the fact, aggravated robbery and reckless driving.
In Fremantle Magistrate's Court today Mr Yappo was refused bail and remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in Stirling Garden's Court via video-link to face the charge of accessory to robbery on September 19.
All other matters will be dealt with in the Fremantle Magistrate's Court via video-link on September 25.
Mr Sablich was also refused bail and remanded in custody.He is due to appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrate's Court via video link on September 19.
