Man in RPH after crash on remote track

A man was flown from Yalgoo to Perth for treatment yesterday after a car accident on a remote stretch of dirt track.

The accident happened about 6.30pm yesterday on the track known locally as the Bunnawarra Road.

The driver lost control of the car and skidded into a ditch, injuring one of the occupants.

The 39-year-old station worker sustained suspected fractured ribs and was flown to Perth by the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

The other two occupants of the car were unharmed.
