Two injured after crash with pole

Update, 5.35pm: A pregnant woman and a man have been taken to hospital after a car crash in Upper Swan this afternoon.

It is understood the pair were trapped in a car that collided with a pole just before 12.50pm.

The incident happened on Great Northern Highway near Apple Street.

They were taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance with minor injuries.

Police and firefighters also attended the crash scene.
