Police appeal to find missing teen

Missing: Haydon Nathaniel Fox, 14,

Police are appealing for help to find a teenage boy last seen at Princess Margaret Hospital yesterday.

Haydon Nathaniel Fox, 14, was last spotted about midday at the hospital in Subiaco.

Authorities have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication regularly.

Haydon is 173cm tall, of a slim build with dark hair and a fair complexion.

He wore blue shorts, a dark t-shirt, grey hooded jumper and white socks.

Anyone with information about Haydon's whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
