Armed man in Palmyra siege

Update, 2.15pm: A 25-year-old man has been arrested after a man barricaded himself in a Palmyra home.

The man was arrested without incident at about 2pm today. The man was believed to have been armed with a gun.

A police negotiator is among armed officers attended the Stock Road property. Police were called to the scene about 1pm.
