Fatal shooting in Clarkson

A man has been shot dead in Clarkson.

A police spokeswoman said a 41-year-old man received multiple gunshot wounds.

Police have a 46-year-old man, reportedly the step-father of the deceased, in custody.

It’s believed both men were living at the premises.

She said police believed the incident, which happened about 12.10pm on Farren Heights, was of a domestic nature.

No charges have been laid yet, North West Metropolitan detectives are investigating.
