Arson Squad officers are investigating a fire that destroyed a Redcliffe house early this morning.
Firefighters and police were called to the Morrison Street property after a neighbour called emergency services about 4.10am to report the blaze.
No one was in the home at the time and the house was completely gutted.
Police and firefighters were also called to a fire at a Wangara smash repair business last night.
Authorities were alerted about 9.15pm on Saturday and the blaze caused considerable fire and smoke damage to the Prestige Parade premises.
Damage is estimated to be about $250,000.
Emergency services are examining the cause of both fires.Sponsored links
