Man skips down street swinging cat by tail

Shocking footage has emerged of a man dancing down an English street while swinging a cat by its tail.

The incident was captured on CCTV outside the Camden Arms pub in Ramsgate, Kent, and sent to police and the RSPCA by the hotel landlord.

The video shows the man skipping along the footpath, swinging the black feline around in circles and narrowing missing smashing its head on the ground and fencing.

Passers-by seem to confront the man in the October 29 footage.

Two-year-old Mowgli eventually managed to flee to the safety of its owner who lives in the basement flat of the hotel.
