Relatives of a woman found murdered at Hillier, north of Adelaide, have made an emotional plea to help find her killer.

Jessie Anne Wilson was found dead beside Pearson Rd by a council worker mowing grass at about 1.30pm on Tuesday.

Her family fears she had been working as a prostitute to support her drug habit when she was killed.

“She was a beautiful girl, the drugs got the better of her and somebody’s done something terrible to her,” her aunt Linda Wilson said.

The victim had permanently moved from Mt Gambier three months ago, leaving her five-month-old daughter with her mother.

Her family wants help in finding out what happened to Jessie Anne so her killer can be brought to justice.

“Someone knows something, please tell us,” Linda Wilson said.
