Apartment damaged by fire

A fire at an apartment building on South Terrace in the city has caused about $70,000 damage.

Smoke from the blaze logged the entire second floor of the Alta Apartments building this afternoon.

Fire cause investigators are looking into what caused the blaze.

Part of the building was evacuated but no one was injured.
