Students injured in school bus crash

Eleven high school students have been injured in a bus crash in Porirua, north of Wellington on Monday.

The bus taking 30 Aotea College students home collided with a car at the end of the school's driveway and hit a power pole, TVNZ reported.

"We have 11 students who received some injury, mainly cuts and superficial abrasions, with one suspected broken arm," Principal Kate Gainsford said.
