Someone in Sydney is $38 million richer, and they don't even know it yet.
The ticket was sold in a small inner city news agency and it is being touted as a record lottery win.
Nick Theodorakopoulos from Lucky Charm news agency in the Galleries Victoria in Sydney's CBD says it's "extremely exciting,"
"Found out this morning and I haven't wiped the smile off my face." he told 7News.
A call to the winner has been made, but no reply has been received.
"They've been trying to contact all day – and still no news." says Theodorakopoulos.
The loot has been building from September 2008 - the jackpot is considered to be the biggest win in New South Wales and the fourth largest in Australian history.
