Woman missing after leaving hospital

Police are searching for a Sydney woman who has gone missing after leaving hospital on Sunday morning.

Belinda Burcham, 40, was being treated at St Vincent’s hospital at Darlinghurst however walked out at around 7:30am without receiving medical clearance.

Despite extensive searches by Rose Bay Police, she has not been found.

She still requires medical treatment and significant concerns are held for her welfare.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160 to 165cm tall, slim build with long blonde hair.

The mother-of-two was last seen wearing a red/pink jacket and black pants with a floral print. Reports suggest she may not have been wearing shoes when she left the hospital.
