Man killed as car hits parked truck

A man has died after the car he was driving hit a parked truck in Sydney's west.

Emergency crews were called to Richmond Road at Marsden Park at around 11.45am today.

The yellow sedan's sole occupant died at the scene.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or events leading up to it to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
