First photos of Dannii's baby boy

In a move sure to impress her Twitter fans, Dannii Minogue has posted her first family photo on the social media site.

Dannii posted the hospital photograph of the new little family this afternoon with the words, "Hey everyone thanks for all your wishes, we are loving baby Ethan and Kris is the best dad in the world. X"

Minogue, 38, a judge on the hit British TV talent show "X-Factor" gave birth to a son with her model partner Kris Smith on Monday. They named him Ethan Edward Smith.

Minogue's pop princess sister, Kylie, also took to Twitter after the birth to express her delight for the new arrival.

"Congratulations to my little sister danniiminogue and krissmith13 on their beautiful baby boy, Ethan. He is gorgeous!!!" the Aussie pop princess wrote.

Kylie is expected to join the new family at their new $2 million home in Melbourne's East Hawthorn once she ties up promotional work in Ibiza.
