P-plater charged after allegedly drink driving with baby in car

A NSW P-Plater has been charged with drink-driving after he was allegedly caught over the limit with a nine month old baby in the car.

Police claim three passengers were in the car, including the infant.

A 31-year-old man allegedly returned a positive breath test reading when he was pulled over in Sydney's Moore Park on Monday afternoon.

The man, with a provisional licence, was allegedly caught over the limit during a stationary RBT about 3.45pm, when they stopped a silver Audi.

Police allege the driver returned the positive reading.
