Popular vegan blogger reveals porn addiction, breast implant surgery
A popular vegan blogger, who credits her toned physique with eating 51 bananas a day, has opened up about her porn addiction and admits to undergoing breast surgery at the age of 21.
Leanne Ratcliffe, better known as Freelee the Banana Girl, shared a series of Christmas confessional videos to her more than 700 million subscribers on YouTube.
"There’s no reason to be ashamed of getting a boob job but there is this element in society where people are made to feel ashamed about getting modifications to their body," the 36-year-old said in one of the videos.
"I didn’t feel feminine at all. I was feeling inadequate and I wanted to do something about it.
"Honestly, it was the best thing that I did at that time in my life. It was really helpful to my self-esteem."
But the popular blogger said she wasn't encouraging other young girls to follow the same path. The next day Ms Ratcliffe shared a more emotional video about her porn addiction, which she claims has now ended.
"Focusing on porn is a distraction, it’s a sign that you are not meeting your needs in some way," she said.
"I haven’t done it for a long time, because I’m happy. I don’t want to distract myself anymore."
The 36-year-old, who hit headlines earlier this year after her ex-boyfriend claimed she was abusive, said focusing on her YouTube videos had turned her life in a new direction.
"You’re not living on purpose, so find more purpose in life, start uploading some YouTube videos, put focus into things you really love doing."
