Tom Kelly's dad supports 'party right' site

The father of teenager Thomas Kelly, who died after being punched in Kings Cross, is using his grief to help others.
Seven months after Thomas died, Ralph Kelly is supporting a government initiative, by giving teenager a heart-wrenching account of the dangers of alcohol.
