A man has been taken to hospital after an alleged stabbing during a fight in Adelaide’s north eastern suburbs.

Police say two men were involved in a fight in John St at Golden Grove at about 8.45am.

One of the men was taken to hospital with stab wounds.

Police searched the area and detained a man to assist with their enquiries.

They say it is understood both men know each other.
