A 'drunk' businessman has stunned onlookers in London by walking the wrong way down an escalator ... for two minutes!

A commuter captured the bizarre event as the man desperately attempts to get to his platform, seemingly undeterred by his lack of progress.

The stairway to nowhere quickly catches the attention of several other passengers, one of which tries to alert the man that he is going the wrong way.

The woman can be seen pulling the man saying, "This is dangerous, no, come this way."

After repeated attempts, she walks away leaving the man to his self-made treadmill.
