Being in charge of a country during a war is difficult, but Nouri Al-Maliki, the first Prime Minister of Iraq under the new constitution, has had to deal with worse things than that. As Prime Minister, he has kept his cool and continued relations with the U.S. and Iran, as well as political groups in his own country.
