A 48-year-old man who was struck by a forklift in the Wheatbelt has died.
The man was moving hay bales with a forklift in Narrogin on Tuesday morning when he was struck by a prong of a pitchfork attachment on another forklift.
He was airlifted to Perth but died overnight.
Worksafe inspectors have travelled to the site and are interviewing witnesses.
WorkSafe WA commissioner Lex McCulloch said any work-related death is a tragedy, and relayed his condolences to the man's family.
