The celebrity website TMZ has released what they say is a picture of Rihanna's wounds following an alleged attack by her boyfriend Chris Brown.
It's claimed that R&B star Brown assaulted the singer on the day of the Grammy Awards earlier this month. They were both due to appear at the awards, but cancelled at the last minute.

Brown surrendered to Los Angeles police on February the 8th and was released on $50,000 bail.
Rihanna has since postponed a series of concerts.
In Los Angeles, police have presented the case against Brown to prosecutors, but were asked to conduct further investigation.
Brown has not been charged.
Rihanna's publicist has issued a statement, which said: "
Earlier this week, Brown released a statement via his spokesman, saying,
"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person.
"Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong.
"While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else.
"Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."
