'She led the way': CCTV footage clears USC student of rape
Security footage taken at a US nightclub has cleared a university student of rape, after it showed the woman "putting her hands around his neck and kissing him".
Armaan Premjee was accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old USC student at her dorm in Los Angeles with prosecutors claiming the woman was too drunk to consent, CBS reported.
But security footage taken from the Banditos nightclub shows the woman walking Premjee out of the venue and later signing him into her dorm.
"I'm very grateful for these tapes," Premjee said. "She put her arms around my neck, she started kissing me."

"She knew what she was doing. She was able to stand on her own two feet. She led the way."
According to police, the female student said she was too drunk to remember the night.
She is also seen making a "sexual gesture" to her friend behind Premjee's back as they leave the club.
After seeing the footage, the judge dismissed the case believeing "there was consent".
