WATCH: 'Stupid' Victoria train surfer dangles legs from carriage
An investigation is underway after a man filmed himself catching a ride on the back of a high speed train.
The video shows the man jumping on the train at a station, before he sits down and dangles his legs over the back of the carriage.
The Victorian state government has labelled the stunt as dangerous and risky.
"Pretty stupid activity that not only potentially harms yourself but you harm all these other people that would have to respond in the event that there's a tragedy," said Health Minister, Jill Hennessy.
Police are also investigating the incident.
